Club La Santa has been designed and built to be the most fantastic playground in the world for active people. Thanks to the efforts of Olympic Bronze Medalist, Joslyn Hoyte Smith, we are able to offer you THE most fantastic prize of a week’s free holiday for four people at this exclusive location (children welcome). Everybody who raises more than £1,000 in sponsorship, in our 10k race, will have their name entered in to a FREE PRIZE DRAW to win this fantastic one week’s FREE HOLIDAY at Club La Santa, Lanzarote in Summer 2010. Most sports are included in your prize (please check Club La Santa website for further details), so everybody can enjoy the facilities, group instruction and entertainment, free of charge. Please note, flights, food and drink are not included.

Team Entry
Teams must state team name on entry form.
Affiliated Team Entry Open to members of established Athletic Clubs and will take place in four categories;
Senior Men Under 40 - 4 to count in team
Senior Women under 35 - 3 to count in team
Vet Men over 40 - 3 to count in team
Vet Women over 35 - 3 to count in team
Non-Affiliated Team Entry A trophy will be award to the first non-club team made up of 4 members of a company or organisation.

Facilities Provided
First Aid (provided by UK Medical Event) First Aid will be based at the Starting/Finishing area. On course marshals to be notified of any first aid needs
Toilets & Changing Rooms Facilities provided in the Pavilion at Graves Park
Bag Storage Please note there are no left luggage facilities at Graves Park. Leave your personal belongings with a friend or family member who is not taking part.
Mileage Signs
Mileage signs will be provided at each 1km point along the route
Parking
Public car parks are located near the main entrances to Graves Park at Charles Ashmore Road, Hemsworth Road and Cobnar Road
Insurance
Public liability and Third Party Insurance is provided by UK Athletics licence number 20090329.
All participants must complete and sign a declaration (included on the entry form)
Restrictions
Runners are not allowed to run with pets
Official Rules
The course will be taped and signed with marshals at all footpaths crossing points. Competitors must follow marshal’s directions. Please note that there are no restrictions to public access in the park on the day of the race, so competitors must be aware that the general public has access to all part of the course.
Competitors will be given 5 minutes warning before the start of both the Fun Run and the 10k.
