Conditions of Entry

• Not open to anyone connected with Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity
• Entry to the draw is automatic upon receipt, by Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity, of individual sponsorship of over £1,000.
• To be eligible for the draw you must be over 18 years of age and your sponsor money must be received by Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity by 31st August 2009
• All individual sponsorship over £1,000, received via Justgiving by 31st August, will also be automatically included in the draw.
• By entering the draw you agree to your name and home town (not your house name, street number or post code) being publicised on our website as the winner of the competition.
• As the winner of the competition you will provide us with a minimum of three photos of your holiday and a brief interview for inclusion on our website.
• The organisers accept no liability
• There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
• The organisers accept no liability for personal accidents, illness or losses of any kind as a result of awarding this prize.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guests have travel insurance and a valid passport.
• Should events occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Charity no liability shall attach to the Charity as a result thereof.
• Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on this website.
